Orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmation.

Please Note: Our team and shipping partners are off on Thursdays and Fridays. These days are not included in the delivery period.
2. Order Confirmation

Every order placed on our website requires a confirmation step.

Our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone call to verify your details and shipping address.

Orders will not be dispatched until direct confirmation is received from the customer.
3. Non-Receipt & Cancellation Policy
We strive to maintain low shipping costs for our customers. To help us do this, we ask for your commitment once an order is confirmed:

If an order is confirmed by the customer but delivery is refused upon arrival (for reasons other than product damage or error), the customer is legally responsible for covering the shipping fees only.

This fee compensates the courier service for the attempted delivery and return processing.
